A healthy lifestyle has become a useful habit for many modern people. An important place in a person's life is occupied by physical exercises. But many overdo it with loads, which often causes health problems. Scientists have found out how many steps should be taken every day to stay in shape.
An experiment was conducted.
The volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group took place every day for 10,000 steps. The second group went on 1000 steps three times (three short walks).
The remaining volunteers made three short walks (1000 steps each).
Result: moderate exercise exerts the greatest benefit to the body. Scientists believe that in order to maintain a good physical shape, it is enough to walk 3000 steps a day daily.
