In this regard, starting from May 21, the leaders of all regional headquaters need to translate the activities of the Situation Centers into an emergency regime.

With the purpose of proper training of personnel, practical consolidation of necessary knowledge, verification of the readiness of law enforcement forces to ensure public order during football matches, training will be conducted.

"On the eve of the Champions League final, the police will hold command and staff exercises in various areas of the department's activities in the capital," said the chairman of the National Police Sergey Knyazev.

In addition, in the border regions of the state it is necessary to deploy the work of "local" operatives. This applies to road, railway checkpoints across the state border, as well as international airports of the country.

Police will also be assigned with knowledge of a foreign language to accreditation centers.
