Boryspil Airport will temporarily close one of the two runways due to the heavy load on May 25-27 related to the holding of the Champions League final in Kiev.
The band is planned to be used as a temporary site for aircraft parking.
The airport expects the arrival of an additional 100 aircraft, which will deliver to Kiev about 20,000 fans.
In addition to the runway, taxiways and the military zone of the airfield will also be used for parking.
Recall that the National Sports Complex "Olympic" will be closed for any events from April 14 to June 5 because of the Champions League final, which will be held there, on May 26.
