Head coach of Lugansk "Zarya" Yuri Vernidub commented on his work in the club and told about his thoughts on his coaching future.

In particular, the team coach admitted that he is ready to consider proposals from ambitious clubs.

"On the one hand, when a person works so much in one place - it's expensive, because it shows the trust of the club's leaders. On the other hand, the years go by. And every year you think more and more: will you manage again? Can you do it again? Every new year in Zarya is a challenge for me. Therefore, I will be honest with everyone - if there is an offer from the club with more ambitious goals, then why not? Go only for the sake of not wanting to go.

Over the past three years, it has been possible to give the result.

We try to do our best to not have the patience of leadership, and earn for the development of the club a certain capital. You can see how difficult the period in Ukrainian football.

I repeat: if I make a serious proposal - why not consider it? Maybe it will work, maybe nothing will turn out. The chance is given in order to move on, "- said Vernidou.

Vernadub previously worked in Zaporizhzhya Metallurg, and in 2011 became the head coach of Zarya.
