Aerobic exercise is the best type of exercise for burning fat, studies have shown.
The researchers conducted an experiment involving 234 people who are overweight or obese.
The participants were divided into 3 groups: one engaged in three-day weightlifting (three sets per day, 8-12 reps per set), others waited for aerobic training (about 12 km per week), the third group alternated between classes of the first and second groups.
Until the end of the study, only 119 remained in the groups, which were tested by researchers.
It turned out that the best results were achieved by the members of the "aerobic" group, in second place those who alternated types of loads.
