All the power exercises presented here are performed with light weight, one after another, with minimal interruptions and the maximum possible number of repetitions.

Seven exercises - this is one cycle.

After the completion of each cycle, take a break for 30-90 seconds, then repeat the exercise cycle.

Training:.

Pulling on a low crossbar 20 times.



Push-ups from the bench to the triceps 2 sets of 15 times.

Lifting dumbbells in front of you 30 times.

Push-ups from the fitball 2 approaches 25 times.

Squats with arms outstretched 40 times.

Twisting on the press 3 sets of 15 times.

Side lath for 2 minutes on each side.

Jumping on the rope for 7 minutes.
