The Russian Rock Climbing Federation published a list of athletes who joined the Olympic team, including four climbers from the Sverdlovsk region: Sergei Luzhetsky, Victoria Meshkova, Eugene Lapshina and Julia Panteleeva. At the moment they are on training camps in Moscow.

"These are the leaders of individual disciplines and all-around, which have confirmed readiness for training and participation in the selection for the 2020 Olympic Games," the Federation's official website says..

Summer Olympic Games 2020 to be held in Tokyo. Rock climbing for the first time will be included in their program.
