The fifth stage of the World Cup, which was held in the German city of Ruhpolding, was completed for Ukrainian biathletes without medals.

Julia Jima, not allowing a single miss, finished in the end in 4 place. From the third position, which took the Canadian athlete Rosanna Crawford, Jim fell behind by 24.7 seconds.

After Jima, another Ukrainian woman Valya Semerenko finished - her time is 42:21.

Anastasia Merkushina and Irina Varvinets came to the finish line on 19 and 22 respectively. Julia Zhuravok was even outside the top 60, her place - 62. Elena Pidgrushnaya was unable to reach the end point.
