In the "paws" of the hacker group Fancy Bear came e-mails from officials of the International Olympic Committee, in which you can find the true purpose of creating a commission of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) under the guidance of Canadian lawyer Richard McLaren. Corresponding correspondence was published on the site of "Funny Bears". According to hackers, these letters and documents indicate that Europeans and Anglo-Saxons are fighting for power and money in the sports world. WADA, headquartered in Canadian Montreal with the support of the US Olympic Committee, declared a crusade against the IOC only under the pretext of protecting clean sport. They were joined by the national anti-doping agencies of the States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries, led by iNADO (Institute for Anti-Doping Organizations). However, the real intentions of this international coalition are much less noble than the war against doping, they write "Bears". It is obvious that Americans and Canadians are trying to remove the Europeans from the leadership of the Olympic movement. Moreover, they seek to deprive old corrupt officials in Lausanne of access to multimillion-dollar funds and bribes. In other words, hackers believe, WADA is ready to become a "super-predator" in the sports world in order to have the exclusive right to decide who is right or who is to blame. Before McLaren was set a political task to deprive Russia of the Olympic Games, discrediting the IOC and the entire Olympic movement, says the director of legal issues of the organization Howard Stapp. An interesting detail: after the publication of the second part of the report, the Canadian "gravedigger" of our sport stopped cooperating with the IOC, referring to the employment in business or visits to the dentist, which caused extreme indignation in the leadership of the committee.

The group drew attention to the fact that the Canadian lawyer's team included former employees of the special services of the United States and Great Britain. For example, David Tinsley, Chief Executive Officer of 5Si (a leading intelligence and investigation company), is a retired authorized supervisory agency of the DEA (Anti-Drug Administration), which for a total of 32 years combines law enforcement and intelligence. Here is another chief operating officer (North America) from 5Si - Bryan Talay (Bryan Talay), who served as a US intelligence officer. Greg Kitsell (Greg Kitsell) is a British expert in the field of maritime intelligence and aviation, worked in law enforcement, intelligence, military and security sectors. Recall, McLaren's investigation began in May 2016 after the former head of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory, Grigory Rodchenkov, who fled to the US, gave an interview in which he told about the existence of a doping system in Russia allegedly with the help of which Russian athletes won the Sochi Olympics 2014th. Following the investigation, McLaren presented two reports, where he confirmed the accusations of Rodchenkov. Meanwhile, there was no weighty evidence in them. Nevertheless, the IOC deprived Russia of 12 medals of the Olympics in Sochi and removed the national team from the Games-2018 in full force. Individual athletes will be able to participate in the competition if they prove that they have no involvement in the anti-doping rule violation. Russians will act under the Olympic flag.

Earlier, the Russian Paralympic team was dismissed at the Brazilian Summer Olympics-2016, also Russian athletes, except Daria Klishina, and a number of representatives of other disciplines did not participate in Rio de Janeiro. Fancy Bear has been operating since 2004.

Hackers gained access to the ADAMS anti-doping system in 2016 and step by step published lists (and documents) of athletes who had therapeutic exceptions and legally received illegal drugs.
