Informer of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Grigory Rodchenkov is ready to provide evidence of FIFA regarding the involvement of Russian players in the "state doping program".
As reported by the publication Sport-express. ru we are talking about 34 players who were in the application for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. An interesting fact is that FIFA is almost 100 percent sure that at least three Russian players used illegal substances - Yegor Generalov, Pavel Solomatin, and Ruslan Kambolov.
Moreover, according to the Russian Football Union on its official website, 19 doping tests were sent to FIFA, which were taken in 2012 and 2013. Earlier it was reported that FIFA will apply the most severe sanctions to Russia, if it will be proved the involvement of their players in doping.
Recall that Rodchenkov also influenced the decision of the International Olympic Committee regarding the disqualification of the Russian national team from the 2018 Olympics.
