The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine imposed a transfer ban on the "Carpathians".

The secretary of the FCU FFU, Igor Grischenko, said that the transfer ban was imposed because the Carpathians did not withdraw the claim from the civil court in the case of the debt to the former club player Vladimir Hudym properly, leaving for themselves the possibility of a repeated appeal in this case.

"The FTC has ordered the Carpathians to withdraw from the claim in a court of general jurisdiction, but the club did not do it correctly. They did not renounce the claim, but appealed to the court with a request to leave this claim without consideration, which leaves them the right to repeatedly apply to the court.

To "Carpathians" the sanction in the form of removal of three points is applied. Also after the closure of the case in the court of general jurisdiction, the transfer ban comes into force, which was imposed on the club a year ago.

Starting from today, "Carpathians" is forbidden to register new players, "- said Grishchenko in comments to the channel Football 1.

Recall, the Sports Arbitration Court supported Gudym in the case against the "Carpathians". Whereas, the club applied to the civil court for this case, which interpreted the contract of Gudyma in favor of the "Carpathians".

Note that Lvivans are to blame for the player 74 thousand dollars of debt under the contract and compensation of court expenses.
