A survey of 1000 women showed that 64 percent of visitors to gyms or group classes are laid out more if they came with someone from their acquaintances.
They train longer, burn more calories and go to the gym more often.
The study showed that during the middle-sized occupation, women who train with friends burn up to 236 calories, and single people burn 195.
Average training in the company of friends lasts 42 minutes, and directly to physical activity is 31 minutes.
Training in the gym alone takes 36 minutes, activity - 29 minutes.
Less than half of those who work alone argue that they force themselves to be engaged to the maximum, while among those who come with someone else, 64 percent.
