With the player of the Brazilian club "Madureira" Paulo Alexom there was a terrible and at the same time a tragic event.

The football player on the car, along with his friend, was robbed by unknown people on bicycles. As explained later, Alex himself, their car was taken away with personal belongings.

The very next day, when they gathered in the police station for making statements, the same criminals shot the unfortunate guys in a stolen car. According to Globo Esporte, Paulo Alex died instantly, while his friend was seriously injured and was delivered in critical condition to the hospital.

It should be noted that during his short career Alex managed to play for two teams - "Madureira" and "Riograndense".
