The Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) supported Vladimir Gudym in the case against his former club, Lviv's "Carpathians".

CAS recognized as lawful the actions of the Chamber for the resolution of disputes FFU, which on April 26 this year rejected the request of the club to review the case of Hudyma "for new circumstances".

Earlier, the "Carpathians" applied to a civil court in the case of a football player who interpreted the contract of Hudyma in favor of the club and actually canceled the debt to the football player.

However, the Chamber refused to review its decision, explaining this by the lack of a procedure for reviewing the decision "on new circumstances".

Now Lvivans owe the player 74 thousand dollars of debt under the contract and reimburse court costs.
