Football Federation of Ukraine received a letter from FIFA on the removal of 3 points from the "Dnipro" for debts to former employees of the club.

FFU received a corresponding letter on November 16.
Therefore, in the standings of Group B of the Second League "Dnepr" equal to the number of points with "Energia" (39), which is now the fourth.
Recall that the "Dnepr" finished the season on the penultimate place of the standings and by decision of FIFA suffered a double drop in the class (as the team that took the penultimate place and as a club that systematically ignores the decisions of European football authorities).
