The easiest way to train the abdominal muscles is to "twist". To do this, you must lie on the floor and bend your knees at a right angle. You can put your head on your chest or just look at the ceiling, the main thing is that the position does not change! Then use abdominal muscles to lift the upper half of the body and as low as possible to pull to the knees, but you should not change the position of the knees! Hold this position for a short time, and then you can return to the starting position.
