The new owner of English "Newcastle" will be the former British model Amanda Staveley.
The owner of the club, Mike Ashley, plans to complete the deal to sell the club by the end of the week, the Daily Telegraph.
The deal is estimated at 300 million pounds (about 334 million euros).
Moreover, Staveley hopes to acquire the team before the Catholic Christmas, to allocate funds to head coach Rafael Benitez for the purchase of players during the January transfer window.
Note that Staveley heads the investment company PCP Capital Partners, whose fortune is estimated at 28 billion pounds.
