As a result of my many years of practice there was a certain set of exercises necessary for good health in the morning, which determines the mood of the whole day. So, break the chain of the usual morning rush.

Do not get up off the bed. Set the alarm for five to ten minutes early..

This time you need for the so-called passive muscle morning exercises. Do it without getting out of bed. Do not open your eyes, stretch gently and long, like cats do. This exercise can be done in any lying position: on the back, on the side or on the stomach.
