Then, with sharp movements, try to spread your arms out. Exercise repeat 10-12 times.
Alternate lifting of hands. Stand up straight, legs join together. On the "time" raise the right, straightened arm up (muscles relaxed) and take her by the head, on the "two" try to further pull back the hand, on the "three", lower the hand forward and down. Repeat with your left hand. Repeat the exercise 4-6 times with each hand.
