Addiction to the exhausting physical loads in the gym is caused not only by the desire to improve their physical form, but represents a very real dependence.

Scientists have found that such intensive exercises are accompanied by the production of endorphins in the body, which is the chemical root cause of positive emotions. To date, we can already say that in many cities of the world, in particular, in Moscow, there was a whole category of so-called fitness addicts. Such people in the absence of one or two sessions in the gym begin to experience a feeling that is somewhat reminiscent of breaking.

So, in the capital of Russia, experts of elite psychological care centers noticed the appearance of a sad pattern. More and more often people who can not lead a normal lifestyle because of fitness. As a result of the study, it was found that fitness addiction is most often affected by restless and withdrawn natures who do not like to be in the spotlight and are very sensitive to any mockery of themselves.

Such dependence can cause a variety of consequences, which unites only one thing - they are negative, especially if a person constantly exerts himself too much stress in training. The high physical loads that the human body regularly undergoes can cause serious problems, both psychologically and physically.

This circumstance leads to the fact that depletion of the body causes fainting right in the gymnasiums, not to mention the appearance of irritability and bouts of insomnia. The main signs of such a mania are the tragic perception of a missed workout, the many hours of gym visits, the development of insomnia, the deterioration of appetite, nervous irritability, isolation and aggression. In addition, the entire scale of values ??of such a fitness tool is shifted toward sports activities.

If a person is fond of sports, then he should listen to the following recommendations, in order to avoid the occurrence of such dependence. It is necessary to change the program of trainings more often, it is also recommended to combine classes in the gym with active rest in the open air.

Do not discount other types of fitness, such as, for example, dance lessons, soothing yoga and stretching. It is worth paying attention to oriental martial arts, which have the ability to give positive energy. It is necessary to completely eliminate excessive stresses, stopping on conducting intensive trainings no more than three to four times a week, each of which should not exceed one and a half to two hours, and this applies only to people trained in physical terms.
