September 30 in the Borispol district of the Kiev region held a grand opening of the plant for the production of artificial fields.

The newly created enterprise "FFU Production" launched the first domestic factory for the production of artificial coating for various sports.

The volume of investments was about 10 million euros.

The production will be carried out using modern equipment purchased in Denmark and the United Kingdom.

The FFU stressed that the plant can produce about 700 thousand. square. m artificial cover - this is about 100 full-sized football fields or more than 700 sites of 42 x 22 m format.

The organization expects that the company will soon receive international quality certification according to ISO standards, which will give an opportunity to enter the international market. Then the annual production capacity can be increased to 2 million. square. m of artificial cover per year.
