Performing lifting the back in a pose while sitting on an incline bench. Take the initial lying position. Hands cross over your chest or behind your head. Tighten the abdominal muscles and lift the torso, as you can see in the illustration. To end the repetition, return to the original position.



Crunch (squeezing) Crunching. Lie down on the floor. Hands cross on your chest or gently wrap your head around them. You can put your feet on the floor or raise them the same way.. Tighten the abdominal muscles and, slowly bending, lift your shoulders up and down from the floor - to your knees, until your shoulder blades break off from the floor for one or two inches (2.5-5 cm). Hold for a second in this pose, before you slowly return to the starting position.
