Ukrainian midfielder Andrei Yarmolenko told about the training process in his new club - "Borussia" Dortmund, where he moved in August.
Football player admitted that he was more struck by everything.
"The most striking thing was the preparation for the training session. He asked: "What time is training?" They tell me: "At 11. 00 & quot;. I thought: "I'll arrive in advance".
I go without anything to the locker room, and there's already the whole team sitting. Exactly at 10. 00 there is a coach, explains the tasks that will be, and we have an hour of preparation time. Self-preparation. Everyone decides for himself what he wants. Someone goes to the gym, someone - to the doctors, someone - to the masseurs. Completely individual approach, everything is built on professionalism.
When in 11. 00 you go on the field, the coach knows - the team is already ready for work. Workout as such is not present. At once game series begin, literally from the first minutes high intensity.
Even the day before the game is not the same as ours. I'm used to that you do not strain much on this training. You go out just to sweat - as they say, to let the juice. Here everything is not so. At each lesson there is intensity, all exercises are directed to control the ball and to select immediately after its loss. There is not even a second pause. Everything on the machine, everything is planted from the first minute of training.
After the occupation, nobody is in a hurry to go home. Gym, individual work - all this is an indispensable attribute. And lunch is generally a must. Together they ate and parted, "- said Andrew.
According to him, most of all became friends with the midfielder of the Turkish national team Nuri Shahin. "This is a very good team. Every day I feel more confident, "- added the Ukrainian.
Recall Yarmolenko scored the debut goal for "Borussia" in the Champions League match against "Tottenham".
However, the team was defeated with a score of 1: 3.
And his first match, Andrew spent against the "Freiburg" in the 3rd round of the Bundesliga (0: 0).
