Heads of clubs of the country's top division decided to close the transfer period for the teams before the start of the next season of the Premier League.

According to the publication of The Telegraph, this rule will come into force, starting in the summer of 2018. The ability to register new players from the teams will only be up to 19 hours (Kyiv time) last Thursday before the start of the new season.

It should be noted that the new season in the Foggy Albion usually begins in early August. This year, the first match in the Premier League was played on August 11.

Nevertheless, it is reported and that clubs of the championship of England can sell or give players to other championships, where the transfer window will be opened. Thus, the new rule applies only to internal transitions of performers.

Recall that this year the registration of players ends at 23 hours on August 31.
