Forming or "building" your body, you must proceed, first of all, from three principles.

In turn, point No. 1 and No. 2 are just an integral part of building your body, so to speak - the basics. I would pay special attention to nutrition (in our case, a balanced diet). After all, balanced nutrition is a 45% success rate.

In order to find an acceptable food system, you must first of all know the level of your metabolism (metabolism) and, accordingly, the conditional category to which you belong, based on your metabolism (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph). We will introduce you in more detail with these categories in the following articles.

But these principles should be taken as a basis. After all, the basis in training as the foundation of the house - the more correct the principles of construction, the more durable, reliable and aesthetic this house looks like.
