In the course of the draw of both ways, balls with seeded clubs are placed in one bowl, with non-seeded ones in the other. The leader alternately takes out balls from both bowls, then places them in an empty bowl in the middle and mixes. Teams whose names will be drawn first, spend the first match at home.
Matches will be held on 25/26 July and 1/2 August.
EUROPEAN LEAGUE Basket compositions are approved on the morning of the drawing day. Teams are allocated according to the rating.
In the case of the winners of 33 pairs of the second qualifying round, the highest ratio among those present in the pair. So there are 29 seeded participants.
Before the draw, participants are divided into groups, into which the same number of seeded and non-seeded teams falls. Pairs are formed from seeded and unseeded teams of the same group.
The first matches will be held on July 27, reciprocal - on August 3.
