Ukrainian sports journalist, commentator and TV presenter Alexander Mashchenko died in the morning, July 11, while playing sports. This unfortunate event was reported by his colleague Victoria Veremeenko on her Facebook page.

It should be noted that Mashchenko was the employee of the first such TV channel in Ukraine - "Megasport". After his closing, he worked for a short time in the Football Federation of Ukraine, and then headed the television channel "Hockey". Soon the channel was reformatted into an Internet portal, which was directed by Mashchenko.
