Canadian experts have proved: you can escape from problems. At least from health problems and aging, writes The Vancouver Sun. It has long been known that regular training prolongs a person's life. This is confirmed by the search for the McMaster University in Hamilton.

Experts specially created mice genetically programmed for accelerated aging. They were forced to run on the treadmill for 45 minutes three times a week. After five months, the mice, contrary to expectations, looked remarkably younger and quite active, like wild animals that did not have any genetic mutation. But the mice with the mutation from the control group, which did not train, grew old before our eyes, losing activity and interest in life.

The fact that aging slowed down, clearly demonstrated the analysis of tissues and organs of rodents.
