In Moscow on July 1, there will be a duel between the Ukrainian Andrei Rudenko and ex-world heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin.
At stake will be the vacant WBO International heavyweight title.
This is reported in the official letter WBO on the website of the Russian promo company.
The fight will take place with the obligatory condition that both boxers will be checked for doping.
Also in the letter it is indicated that the boxer who won the vacant title must hold his defense within 120 days from the day of conquest.
In the professional ring, Povetkin fought 32 fights - 31 wins (23 by KO) and one defeat, Rudenko 33 fights - 31 wins (19 by KO) and two defeats.
Recall that in April, Povetkin appealed to the disqualification of the World Boxing Council (WBC) for a second violation of the doping rules.
