A total of 30 minutes of jogging for five days a week can increase life expectancy to 10 years, a new study by scientists from the University of Brigham Young. Experts have found that regular running helps slow the aging of cells. It is noted that to achieve a pronounced effect, training should have a high intensity.

During the tests, specialists concluded that the difference between people who were engaged in intensive training, and those who performed moderate intensity exercises, was from 7 to 9 years at the cellular level. According to experts, women need to jog for 30 minutes five days a week to slow the aging of cells, while men need 40 minutes to achieve this effect.
