The crush in Turin on the San Carlo Square, where the fan zone for fans of Juventus was organized, was, according to law enforcement agencies, caused by the actions of two teenagers.

The police analyzed the video and identified the violators of the order. One of them raised his hands and started shouting something, creating an impression among the people that he was going to carry out a terrorist attack. All who were there, in fear, ran away from him.

The adolescents were detained and during the interrogation they confessed their guilt and called the joke extremely inappropriate.

According to the latest information, as a result of the crush, medical assistance in connection with injuries was needed by 1,527 victims. Most of them were pinched or injured when they fell on broken glass. Three are in critical condition.
