In the main grid of one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments Wimbledon got four Ukrainians.
Another six of our compatriots will try to break into the "base" through a sieve of qualifications.
A direct ticket to the men's tournament was only Alexander Dolgopolov, who is now at the 87th line of the world rankings.
The second and third rackets of Ukraine Sergey Stakhovsky and Ilya Marchenko will start their journey with qualification.
Elina Svitolina will start the women in the main grid, which will be sown under the fifth number, Lesya Tsurenko and Ekaterina Bondarenko. Four more Ukrainians will fight for an exit in the main part through qualification - Ekaterina Kozlova, Dayana Yastremskaya, Olga Savchuk and Valeria Strahova.
Note that the tournament will be held from 3 to 16 July. In the main grid of men's and women's tournaments will take part in 128 athletes.
