Omar Fraile won the 11th stage of the Giro d'Italia

Leadership in the overall standings was retained by the Dutch racer of the Sunweb team, Tom Dumoulin. Spanish driver Omar Fraile from the Dimension Data team won the 11th stage of the Gero d'Italia. The stage of the name of the legendary Italian cyclist Gino Bartali and a distance of 161 km Frayle overcame in 4 hours 23 minutes 14 seconds.

The second was the Portuguese Rui Alberto Faria da Costa from UAE Team Emirates, the Frenchman Pierre Rolland (Cannondale-Drapac Pro Cycling Team). This is followed by the Colombian Nairo Quintana (+2 minutes 23 seconds) from Movistar and the Dutchman Bauke Mollem (+2 minutes 38 seconds) from Trek-Segafredo. The next stage of 229 km will be held on Thursday.
