Running, jumping rope, cycling, swimming, walking - these sports are known to all. Almost every woman in different periods of her life tried her hand at each of the listed types of physical activity. These are the most natural forms of exercise. In order to jump rope, run or walk do not need special training, but in order to learn how to ride a bicycle or swimming enough training sessions. Other sports, on the contrary, require more than one month to master the simplest skills (for example, skiing or tennis).

These five basic forms of physical activity have the advantage that they do not require significant monetary costs or special equipment. For walking, you do not need special shoes, and you can run in ordinary comfortable sneakers. Each of these forms is acceptable practically at any time of the year and everywhere: in a city, suburb or countryside.

This physical load gives the lungs, the heart and the whole muscular system a good load and is an effective training. Walking is the most peaceful kind of exercise. Especially it is suitable for elderly people who are overweight, suffer from cardiovascular diseases or restore health after surgery.

Swimming is also very useful. It develops all muscle groups, trains the lungs, increases the endurance of the body. This kind of physical activity is especially suitable for people who have joint and spinal problems. The fact is that when swimming, the load on the joints is significantly reduced, since the water well supports the body.

Riding a bicycle requires muscle strength of the legs, but the load can be easily varied from a quiet walking ride to a serious aerobic workout.

Running is a wonderful kind of motor activity.

First of all, it loads groups of leg muscles and is an excellent means for strengthening the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. However, it is possible to run when there is an average level of training.

The most intense form of physical activity is jumping rope, since it is impossible to jump too slowly, otherwise the rope simply will not rotate. Therefore, before you start to practice with a rope, you should pull yourself up to the necessary physical shape with the help of other sports.
