35 defenders of Mariupol and members of their families have completed training in IT professions within the framework of the educational project " The project is being implemented by " IT.

Program participants mastered modern IT specialties and received practical skills necessary to start a new professional career. The training was accompanied by comprehensive support: psychological support, assistance from career and educational mentors, work on defining professional goals, developing communication skills and preparing for interviews..

After completing the training phase, Code of Steel participants move on to an internship, where they will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in real working conditions and take their first steps in the IT industry.

And we saw that IT training is in great demand among our defenders. Therefore, we decided to expand it, and this is how the “Code of Steel” project was born.. We understand that IT specialties are now in demand, they are decently paid and, importantly, they are inclusive. That is, they are also available to defenders who are disabled as a result of combat operations. Let us remind you that the project “Heart of Azovstal” was created in 2023 by Rinat Akhmetov to support the defenders of Mariupol and their families. The organization has already supported more than 7,000 defenders of Mariupol - personally or through family members.
