The Cabinet of Ministers approved the updated form of the military accounting document, which from May 18, 2024 officially entered into force along with the law on mobilization. Those documents that were issued before this period remain valid until the exchange for a new sample.

Decree No. 559 dated May 16, 2024 entered into force with the updated Law on Mobilization No. 3633-ih of May 18, the Cabinet website says.

Now the military-liable military persons in Ukraine can choose a convenient way to obtain a military accounting document-digital or paper.

From now on, the military accounting document will be drawn up in two formats:.

Each citizen can have only one actual military accounting document in paper form.

Information in the military II must fully comply with the data in the Unified State Register of Drawers, Military Union and Reservists. In case of discrepancies in columns 1-5, 13 and 14, the document will be considered invalid.
