OO " This sociological study is an analysis of the experience, challenges and motivations of women who work or can potentially work in the field of humanitarian clearance in Ukraine.

The study consisted of two stages. The qualitative stage included 16 online interviews with women of the Kharkov and Chernihiv regions, half of which work in the field of humanitarian clearance, and half are potential workers. The quantitative stage provided for the survey of 122 humanitarian mine clearance workers, in particular representatives of the field staff, administrative staff, key managerial positions and leadership.
" Its goal is not only to help FSD improve our work, but also support other women - helping them gain access to employment opportunities and feel confidence in applying for work in the field of humanitarian clearance, ”Eleanor Porritte, head of FSD in Ukraine emphasized.
