In Ukraine, during martial law, reservation from mobilization makes it possible to get a deferral from calling for military service for certain categories of citizens. This allows them to continue to work in enterprises that have the status of critical to functioning of the state and defense.

Booking is provided by the employer who submits an application through the portal DIA. Military lawyer Mikhail Lobunko explained how long the reservation is and for what reasons it can be lost.

According to him, the presence of reservation can independently check - such information is indicated in the application " In addition, the company can provide a military person with a certificate from the portal of the reservation of the military personnel. The document should be carried with you to show at the request of the employees of the TCC and SP.

According to the Ministry of Cyphra, the process of booking an employee through DY takes no more than 72 hours. After submitting an application by the head of the enterprise, the necessary checks are carried out, and the manager receives information about the reservation status of each employee.

Booking from calling for military service for mobilization is provided for a period of 1 year, but no more than a period of criticality and legal relations of the employee with the enterprise.

Lawyer of the YUK Prikhodko and partners added that at the state enterprise, reservation is granted to the employee during work. That is, a person will be booked from mobilization until it works there.

If we are talking about an enterprise, a company or corporation of a non -state form of ownership, then a military person can lose reservation even before dismissal.

After all, reservation is removed if the place of work loses the status of a critically important.

At the same time, we note that in Ukraine they expanded the list of enterprises, which allowed reservation of 100% of the military service liable. To ensure the defense capability of the country during martial law, enterprises that are critical to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine now also include there during martial law.. Previously, they were allowed to book 50% of their military workers.
