In the Poltava region, a man was convicted for three years for evasion of mobilization. He explained that he would not go to military service because " This became known from the sentence of the Gadyatsky District Court of the Poltava region. The military person was awarded the agenda in May 2024. In the premises of the TCC, the man categorically refused to join the army and in the established time limits he did not appear. At the hearing, a resident of Poltava region admitted that he refused to call because he was not ready for military service, and also complained about his health, considering himself unsuitable.

In addition to this, the slope noted that he made the donates to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of 6,000 hryvnias and asked not to impose strict punishments on him.

The court examined the case and found the man guilty, appointing him a punishment in the form of three years in prison.

Recall that in the Zhytomyr region a man received a summons, but decided to refuse to mobilize in writing. He explained this by the fact that he was officially employed and he has no reason to serve. He was brought to criminal liability.
