Three 7th grade schoolchildren of the Alexander Lyceum in the Kirovograd region complained against a teacher of foreign literature because of her rude attitude. The students claim that the teacher called them sheep and stupid and shoved their heads into a book because the children did not complete their homework.
The schoolchildren spoke about this in an interview with Suspilny. As it became known, there are no grounds for bringing the teacher to administrative or criminal liability.
" Then she stood between the desks, grabbed Violetta by the neck and hit her in the book,” said one of the students.
“The teacher incorrectly corrected the homework, it was necessary to take a photo, but most of the students were not there due to anxiety. She said that she answers her own questions, Violetta Polishchuk looked at her and then the teacher took her by the neck and pushed her into the table. Then she walked away, and my classmate, I was sitting next to him, also looked, and she also pushed him in, like Violetta, and then she saw that he had nothing to write in and tore the sheet out of my notebook,” added one of the students.
The trustee of the two girls Valentina Atamas turned to the director of the educational institution, but she was informed that the documentary facts were needed, and they were not. In October 2024, she wrote a statement to the police, where she indicated that the teacher screams at the children in the lesson and insults.
According to Atamas, the incident affected the mental health of the girls, because they do not want to go to school. And one of them began to scream at night due to dreams where the teacher strangles her.
The father of one of the schoolchildren turned to the representative of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. After this, the teacher was reprimanded, but she began to blame the children. As if they had come up with all on purpose. The administration of the educational institution refused to comment on the situation. However, the director said over the phone that she did everything in accordance with her duties and the law..
According to the head of the Aleksandrovsky education department of Valentina Sokol, according to the conclusions and recommendations of the police, the school created a commission and pronounced the teacher.
The commission and psychologist of the education department worked there. They conducted a survey in this and other classes.
The Commission of the Department of Education established in the actions of the teacher a violation of pedagogical ethics, she said, so the leadership of the Lyceum provided recommendations on the conduct of corrective measures.
At the same time, the police found no reason to bring the teacher to administrative or criminal liability.
