According to Mr. Okhrimenko, Ukraine has unique experience in this war, “and we are ready to share”.

Earlier, soldiers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces captured a Russian military man in the Kursk region, who was involved in the execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war. Evgeny Ulantsov from the 40th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, who is only 21 years old, said that Russian commanders order the execution of prisoners.
