Volunteer, former member of the working group on reforming the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Viktor Puzanov passed away. The man was 59 years old.

His wife Tasha reported this on Puzanov’s Facebook page on January 15. “He died last night, most likely a stroke,” she wrote.
