In the Odessa region, because of the war, they decided not to open the beaches during the summer season. Among the reasons is the accumulation of people who can be hit by the occupiers.
This decision was made by the Odesa OVA and the City Council of Odessa, said the head of the Odesa OVA Maxim Marchenko.
" And large crowds of people anywhere are potentially very dangerous,"
He also recalled that due to non-compliance with security measures and ignoring the requirements of the administration, people on the beaches are dying from enemy mines that washed ashore. Marchenko urged people to understand the decision not to open the beaches.
