In Ukraine, along with the heat, cases of acute food poisoning have become more frequent. Shawarma poisoning has already been recorded since the beginning of summer.

Oleg Ruban, head of the Main Directorate of the State Food Service in Kyiv, told about this on the air of the Ukrainian radio, reports "

He noted that the season of intestinal infections is associated with the use of products that easily spoil after 30 minutes if not stored properly..

“If a pathogenic organism enters any properly prepared food product, then that critical mass accumulates, which turns this dish into poison and this causes severe food poisoning,” Ruban said..
