Kharkiv residents can take part in the creation of a new Master Plan for the city of Kharkov by answering a number of questions.
The survey is conducted on the initiative of Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov. The purpose of its holding is to help the team of the best Kharkov architects and world experts, who were brought together by the British architect and designer Norman Foster, to work on the Master Plan of the city, according to which Kharkov will be restored and developed after the victory in the war.
