The Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada unanimously approved the text of the new law on business support No7137-d.

The document also includes about 40 new norms and innovations.. In particular:.

- Set zero excise rates and 7% VAT on fuel.

- From February 24, 2022, until the end of the year, payers for land located in the territories where hostilities are taking place are exempted from paying land fees.

- A fine of UAH 8,500 is imposed for failure to provide the ability to pay with cards.

- Sanctions for violating the PPO law are not applied until the end of martial law.

- From March 1 until the end of martial law FOP groups 1-3 do not pay ERUs for themselves.

- Simplified groups 2-3 are allowed not to pay ERUs for mobilized workers. Such amounts will be paid at the expense of the state budget..

- For the period of martial law, sole proprietorships do not pay ERUs if they do not receive income.

- For the period of martial law and within 3 months after its end, fines and penalties for ERUs are not applied, and checks are not carried out.

- For the period of martial law + 30 days, liability for late payment of consumer loans is removed.

- For the period of martial law + 30 days, it is prohibited to collect property on a mortgage and evict residents.

- Officials are subject to salary restrictions for the period of martial law in the amount of up to 10 minimum wages, except for those directly involved in activities necessary for the defense of Ukraine.

The law expects a vote immediately for the basis and in general, Zheleznyak noted.
