53.4% \u200b\u200bof Ukrainians support the idea of \u200b\u200ba land market in one form or another. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation together with the sociological service of the Razumkov Center.
26.9% of respondents believe that land can be sold, but not to foreigners.
11.9% of respondents noted that land can be sold if there is a restriction on the size of the area that one person or household can own.
9.9% of Ukrainians are ready to support the market if a minimum price is legally fixed, below which land cannot be sold / bought.
Another 4.7% of respondents believe that land should be freely sold, without any restrictions.
At the same time, 37.2% of respondents are of the opinion that land, in principle, cannot be an object of purchase and sale..
9.2% of citizens found it difficult to answer.
The survey was conducted from 14 to 19 May in all regions of Ukraine, except for the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as Crimea.. A total of 2,020 respondents over the age of 18 were surveyed. The theoretical sampling error does not exceed 2.3%.
