Czech Republic opens borders for Ukrainian citizens fully vaccinated against coronavirus infection.

Now entry into the Czech Republic is allowed for certain groups of Ukrainian citizens.

In particular, entry is allowed to citizens of Ukraine who have completed a full course of vaccinations with a vaccine certified by the European Medicines Agency (Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Spikevax (Moderna), Comirnaty (Pfizer / BioNTech), Janssen, Covishield) and received a vaccination certificate.

At the same time, entry is allowed for Ukrainians, from vaccination with the second dose of which at least 14 days have passed.

In this regard, Ukrainians must have a certificate of a complete vaccination course in English indicating personal data about the vaccinated and the type of vaccine, the identification data of the institution that issued the certificate, as well as the possibility of remote verification of the data specified in the written confirmation (via QR code).

You also need to fill out an entry form on this website before leaving for the Czech Republic online.. Confirmation of filling out the form received by e-mail (printed or saved on a mobile device) must be submitted during border control or when checking the place of residence.

It is also recommended to have a valid biometric passport for traveling abroad and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
