On Saturday, August 14, a photo exhibition was opened on one of the central streets of Prague, which collected photographs of the most important events since Ukraine gained independence on August 24, 1991.

The open-air exposition brought together diplomatic, cultural, scientific and sporting events that took place in Ukraine since independence. In particular, photographs from the vote in the Verkhovna Rada for independence in 1991, the victories of the singers Ruslana and Jamala at the Eurovision Song Contest, the sporting successes of football player Andriy Shevchenko and spectacular places worth visiting in Ukraine.
At the same time, the exhibition also includes photographs depicting tragic events in the modern history of Ukraine, for example, Russian aggression in Crimea and Donbass..
