The International Institute for Management Development (IMD World Talent Ranking) has published a rating of attractiveness of countries for talented professionals from various industries for 2020. The list includes 63 countries.

Switzerland topped the ranking for the fourth consecutive year. Denmark is in second place (since 2019, the country's rating has remained unchanged), and Luxembourg closes the top three (rose from the 5th position compared to last year). The top 10 also includes Iceland, Sweden, Austria, Norway, Canada, Singapore and the Netherlands. USA was in 15th place, Ukraine - in 42nd.
